My promise is simple:
help you move stronger, longer.
What Does "Physical Longevity" Actually Mean?
Physical longevity is the practice of supporting your body today to protect your movement, vitality, and independence for the decades ahead.
Few things influence as many systems in the body as movement does. It shapes how strong and steady you are, how well your heart and metabolism work, and how clear and sharp your mind stays.
This reflects a real shift in how we think about movement and its role in our health. The goal is moving with purpose, in ways that protect your body and support every system over time.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, this is the work I have done for 18 years. Physical longevity is not a trend. It is a practice. It means learning how your body moves, what it needs now, and showing up for it consistently.
Over time, the knowledge, strength and habits you build become your own so you can move stronger, longer.
Who I Help
Whether you’re navigating an injury or planning for the decades ahead, the goal is the same: move well, feel well, age well.
Back to what you love.
Pain that keeps coming back is common, and you don’t have to work around it. It settles, the movement returns, and your sport, your workouts, and your days are yours again.

Planning for Physical Longevity
Capable for the decades ahead.
Not everyone arrives in pain. Some people feel good and want to stay that way. Physical longevity is a practice, and agewell is where it begins, with your body’s future in mind, so you’re as capable in your 70s as you are in your 40s.
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Move well through motherhood.
Pregnancy asks a lot of the body, and so do the years after. You stay comfortable and keep your strength through pregnancy. After the baby, at any point down the road, you rebuild your core and impact tolerance and return to your workouts and your days with confidence.
Midlife & Beyond
Active through every season.
Frozen shoulder, achy joints, tendon pain, and a shifting recovery timeline are common in perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond, and they don’t have to set the pace. You keep your muscle, preserve your bone, and stay fiercely strong, with a clear view of your joints, heart, brain, and metabolism.
Rooted in La Jolla
I first opened the doors to iAM Physical Therapy + Wellness in La Jolla, California back in 2016.
When creating the iAM brand, the message and purpose were deeply intentional: "iAM" is a declaration of capability, strength, and identity. It is about helping you look at your body and confidently say, “I am strong, I am resilient, and I am capable of living life on my own terms.” Over the last decade, this practice has grown alongside this beautiful coastal community, evolving into a dedicated space for true physical longevity.
Today, my connection to this community is both professional and deeply personal. I live right here in Bird Rock with my husband and our five-year-old son. On any given weekend, you can find the three of us down at the beach—splashing in the waves, boogie boarding, and kayaking.
Those active, sun-drenched family days are my personal "why" for physical longevity. I practice exactly what I teach because I want to stay as strong, mobile, and energized as possible to keep playing with my son, keeping up with his energy today and for decades to come.
When you work with me, you aren't just getting a clinician; you're getting a neighbor who understands that the ultimate goal of physical therapy isn't just pain relief—it’s about protecting your capability so you can keep showing up for the people and the local lifestyle you love.
